System Dashboards

Introduction

The System Dashboard can be configured to display NovaStar information. This can include the current NovaStar alarms, as well as plots and graphs that have already been created within NovaStar. The image below demonstrates each of these categories, which can be viewed by clicking the tab associated with each group, i.e. System Alarms, System Reports, and System Plots.

The dates for each plot or report can be specified in one of two ways using the Report/Plot Options panel. Either a start date can be selected by entering the date in the text box or clicking the calendar icon; or the display period can be selected. Both methods require selecting an end date.

Configuring

The default configuration includes alarms, plots and graphs that have been created within the NovaStar Administrator Interface.

Viewing

To view a plot, report, or the current alarms, simply click on the arrow next to the title.
